Do you know the difference between features and benefits?

Short answer: people buy benefits.

So why is it that many businesses still write ad copy as if all anyone cares about are the details about their product or services?

Your goal isn’t to sell your product or service to people. It’s to offer your product or service to people who have a problem; people who would benefit from what it is you’re offering.

    Very well put! It’s hard to even explain what the differences are, but I think you did a good job here.
